Tasty Tango: A Latin American Dinner at Hilltop Garden

Join Studio Forza and Phresh Start for another exciting installment of the Savory Sounds Series.  Indulge in the exoticism and passion of Latin American cuisine and music! The event will feature a full meal, live Latin American music and culinary demonstrations. Each musical piece has been specially paired with the decadent menu to invigorate your senses!

The menu: Begin your adventure through Latin America with assorted appetizers of Argentinian flat bread, fresh fruit, fresh fish ceviche with chili pepper and yucca chips. Your main course will consist of a whole fire roasted pig served with chimichurri sauce and assorted salsas, whole dry rubbed grilled shrimp, quinoa and Peruvian potatoes, rice and beans, Jicama slaw and Mexican style corn. Dessert will be a homemade sorbet using fresh ingredients from the garden.

The music: Studio Forza will perform live chamber music featuring the instrumental and vocal works of Latin American composers. The evening will begin with classical guitar to serenade you as you arrive. The night will continue with classical Latin American chamber works to sooth you while you dine.
